Saint Gaudens National Historical Park - REPAIR FOUNDATION AT BMD MILL The National Park Service, Northeast Region, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at Saint Gaudens National Historic Park in Cornish, NH. Work will consist of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, access, and supervision as required to restore an undermined foundation wall on the Blow-Me-Down Mill along with other masonry repairs to the historic mill structure. A detailed Statement of Work and specifications will be provided with final solicitation documents. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P4325R0004. PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation (RFP) and its attachments will be issued on or about 02/03/2025 and will be posted to the U.S. government’s website for contracting opportunities at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Federal Construction Wage Rates for Sullivan County, New Hampshire will apply. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the size standard is $45.0 million. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance.
