This procurement action is being solicited as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, is $16.5 million. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this requirement. The SAM can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer using the data within the SAM registration database. This pre-solicitation announcement is not a solicitation document, but pre-notice of an upcoming solicitation. Title of Project: Exterior Repaint John F. Kennedy National Historic Site, Brookline, Massachusetts. Description. There is approximately 4000 sq. ft. of surfaces to be painted. Estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This work involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued.
