Provide cleaning services to perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and drain cleaning services at Olmsted, Kennedy, and Longfellow-Washington¿s HQ National Historic Sites. Gutter cleaning: Work will ensure that the gutters will be cleaned biannually and be free of all debris upon completion. One application of linseed shall be applied to all wooden gutters at each site. Drain cleaning: Work will ensure that the drains (culverts, downspouts, and underground drainage) will be cleaned biannually and be free of all debris, including pathway and driveway material upon completion. Culverts will be free of all debris to the lowest point of the culvert. Window cleaning, including all glass in exterior doors: Work will ensure that the exterior side of all windows and doors will be clean and free of all dirt, pollutants, and spotting. All products used to clean windows shall be environmentally safe.
