This is a request for quotations for construction prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 and Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P4321Q0037, Replace Irrigation System at Roger Williams National Memorial located in Providence, Rhode Island. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 dated March 10, 2021 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/. This procurement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Small Business Administration Size Standard for NAICS Code 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction and the small business size standard is $39.5 million. The period of performance for onsite work is 6 months from date of award. U.S. Department of Labor, Construction Wage Rate General Decision Number: RI 20210001 shall apply. The order of magnitude for this project is estimated to be, including options, between $25,000 and $100,000. Quoters must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications in SAM, in order to be eligible for award. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to inspect site prior to quoting. An organized site visit is not scheduled, contact information can be found in FAR 52.236-27, SITE VISIT. A Pre-proposal conference is not planned. Electronic quote shall be accepted for this Request for Quotation. Facsimile quotes shall not be accepted. Quotes shall be emailed to cheryl_maison@nps.gov by the due date of July 30, 2021 at 5:00PM local prevailing time.
