Specific instructions on submitting your quotation will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or after the date listed below. ***** Proposed Solicitation Issue Date: Estimated on/about July 30, 2020. ***** The NAICS Code for this requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, is $39.5 million. ***** Title of Project: Grist Mill Foundation Repair - Saint-Gaudens National Historic Park. ***** Description: There is a base project with 2 options. The requirement is for repairs to concrete, stone masonry and brick masonry for a grist mill building foundation adjacent to the Blow-Me-Down Dam at Saint-Gaudens NHP in Cornish, NH. All work as specified in the construction documents, inclusive of Contract Drawings, are part of the Work of this Project. Environmental permitting will be required by the contractor. ***** Type of Procurement: It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, procedures requiring submission of both a technical and price proposal. The government will consider an offeror's technical capability and past performance in comparison to its price. ***** Estimated Price Range: Between $250,000 and $500,000. ***** Estimated Period of Performance: The Contractor shall commence this contract within (10) ten days after the receipt of notification to proceed.
