The National Park Service, Appomattox Court House National Historical Park has a requirement for the installation of a new drain field for the septic system located at the Moon House. The estimated magnitude for this project is estimated to be less than $25,000 This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Business in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.502-2, and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. Offers received that are not from small business concerns shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a business size standard of $16.5 million in annual gross receipts for the past three years. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have completed the on-line Representations & Certifications at www.sam.gov to qualify for award. The Government intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government, with technical factors and cost considered.
