Provide water well, complete, as described below, and in accordance with ATTACHMENT NUMBER 1, CACO Installation and Hookup of Water Well - SOW, Specifications and Requirements. At Swindlehurst residence, provide an operating water well for potable purposes. Well water to be used for domestic use. Provide placing, drilling, all fittings, switchover from existing water line and testing. Include drain valve in supply line for winterization. Eliminate shared usage of existing well. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete this work. All ancillary work, cutting and /or removal of existing work necessary for the installation of new work shall be done as required as part of this contract. The contractor shall minimize disturbance to the site to the greatest extent possible unless directed otherwise. All work performed under this contract shall be done in accordance with applicable local, State, and Federal codes, bylaws and ordinances in effect at the time of this work.
