The work of this contract consists to remove existing single membrane roofing system and related accessories, to install a new EPDM membrane roofing system of 30 year warranty for the roof of Bowling Alley. The facility is part of the Belvedere Complex at Marsh ¿ Billings - Rockefeller National Historical Park-MABI located in Woodstock, Vermont. Work includes, but is not limited to all materials, labor, equipment, tools, supervision and accidentals necessary to complete the work of this contract for a watertight sealed high performance roof. New EPDM roof shall match existing roofing detailing such as: flashing, cap, curbs, gravel stop, fascia, metal gravel stop, drip edges and related accessories. Mechanical equipment, lighting rods, vents and wiring shall be removed, salvaged, re-connected and re-installed in existing locations. Work also includes replacement of deteriorated plywood deck, wood fascia and related components. Preserve existing original historic materials affected by construction work. Contractor shall prepare, prime and paint fascia boards both existing and new to match existing.
