THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The Department of the Interior, National Park Service is seeking the services of a contractor to provide all labor, supervision, tools, transportation, materials, supplies, facilities and equipment for the operation of a seasonal visitor transportation service, including maintenance, repair and storage of two NPS owned trolleys for Adams National Historical Park located in Quincy, Massachusetts. The Place of Performance is the Adams National Historical Park, Quincy, Massachusetts. This announcement constitutes Solicitation Number140P4330Q0009, which will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government anticipates awarding firm fixed price contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be a base period plus four option periods with an anticipated start date of April 24, 2020. This is currently being set-aside for Small-Business concerns using NAICS Code 485999, All Other Transit and Ground Passenger Transportation, with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 million.
