The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed-price contract using FAR Part 12 and the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process. This is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors), with a $19 million small business size standard, and offers will only be accepted from small businesses. Wage Determination 2015-4233 Rev. 38 applies. The contract performance period is expected to be 120 calendar days from notice to proceed, and the period of performance is negotiable.
