The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materials, supplies, and supervision for the monthly maintenance, scheduling and state fees, Qualified Elevator Inspector (Q.E.I.) inspection fees for annual certificate inspections, and repairs two (2) elevators in accordance with accepted monthly maintenance, repairs, and inspection practices as set forth in the above-referenced applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and standards. The Q.E.I. inspector must hold a current certification under the NAESA and ASME Q.E.I. standards. The maintenance, inspections, and repairs are to ensure that the elevators are in good working order and are safe for public and employee use. The two elevators are hydraulic type, One (1) is located at Allegheny Portage Railroad NHS and one (1) is located at Johnstown Flood National Memorial. The Park¿s requirement is for a base year period of performance and four option periods, each with a period of performance of one year.
