The Department of Interior (DOI), National Park Service (NPS), Interior Region 1, Philadelphia PA is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for interior and exterior restoration of existing house, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, and an addition containing accessible restrooms, new wood deck with accessible ramp. Work will be performed at Valley Forge National Historical Park, 1400 North Outer Line Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406. This construction project will be performed per the specifications and drawings that will be provided when solicitation is issued. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. A single, Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued. Solicitation is anticipated to be issued within 15 days of this posting on SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities. This procurement action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238990, All Other Specialty Trades with a size standard of $16.5M. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
