This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 140P4222R0013 and the solicitation is issued as a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2022-06) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This is a Small Business Set-Aside procurement under NAICS classification code 221320, Sewage Treatment Facilities, with a size standard of $22M million. Wage Determination No.: 2015-4271 applies. The price schedule (Blocks 19-24) applicable to this IDIQ is available in Attachment 3 - Price Schedule. Please note: Any extension issued under the authority of clause 52.217-8 Option To Extend Services will be priced at the same rate/price of the term (contract year) it is issued. The Government will award one (1) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this solicitation. The contract will include a base year (July 5, 2022 - July 4, 2023) and the option to extend up to four additional one-year periods. The minimum contract value for all orders issued against this contract shall not be less than the minimum contract value stated below. The maximum contract value for all orders issued against this contract shall not exceed the maximum quantity and contract value stated below. The resulting award will be a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base period and four (4) one year option terms.
