Remove and replace existing Water Plant roof of approx. 21'6" x 22'10" at Thomas Stone National Historic Site, Port Tobacco, Maryland This Amendment is to add some pictures of the site and answer a question as follows: Q: How is the existing counter flashing attached at water tank? A: The existing counter flashing was applied with adhesive. However, there have been leaks and in an attempt to stop those leaks, nails and caulking in addition to the adhesive have been used. These attempts to resolve the leak failed.
