Washington National Monument Hardy, Virginia. The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to complete the project. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13 to the offeror that provides the best value to the Government based on price and prior experience. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive small business set-aside acquisition. NAICS CODE: 238160 Roofing Contractors with a small business size standard of $16.5M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be less than $25,000.
