GETT - REPAVE DEVILS DEN WALKING TRAILS GETT - REPAVE DEVILS DEN WALKING TRAILS The National Park Service, Department of Interior, will be soliciting proposals from construction firms having the capability to perform the work described below. This is a PRESOLICITATION notice only and does not constitute a solicitation; accordingly, no response is due at this time. Specific instructions on submitting proposals will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or after July 1, 2021, on SAM.gov Search by referencing the solicitation number (140P4221R0020). Responses will be due approximately 30 days following issuance of the anticipate solicitation. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax request for this solicitation will not be accepted. Project Description: Repave Devils Den Walking Trails: Replacement of existing trails, masonry stairways, concrete curbs, and drainage systems. New work will install exposed aggregate concrete, granite stairways, colored concrete curbing, and other site improvements. The project is located at Gettysburg National Military Park, Gettysburg, PA. Procurement Type: The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract to the responsible, responsive, contractor submitting the proposal that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Set-Aside: This is a competitive total small business set-aside limited to small business firms. At the time of solicitation all responsible business concerns may submit a proposal, which if submitted in a timely manner, will be considered.
