Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania National Military Park (FRS) Remove and Replace Aging Underground Fuel Storage Tank with Underground Propane Storage Tank This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to construction firms having the capability to perform the work in accordance with Attachment 1 Statement of Work. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued. The work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, and administrative task for completing the removal and replacement of an aging underground fuel storage tank with a new underground propane tank. The NAICS for this requirement is 237120 Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction with a size standard of $39.5 million. The size magnitude for this project is less than $25,000. This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition limited small business firms. All responsible contractors may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions in this solicitation. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsive contractor submitting the proposal that represents the best value to the government. The contract period of performance is expected to be 60 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. Insurance: A Certificate of Insurance will be required for this project. Please see the clause section for full requirement details. There will be an organized site visit on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 9:00 AM EST.
