The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to complete the work. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13 to the offeror that provides the best value to the Government based on price, technical, and prior experience. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive small business set-aside acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the solicitation. NAICS CODE: 221310 Water Supply and Irrigation Systems with a small business size standard of $30.0M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be less than $25,000. DURATION: The contract performance period is expected to be 90 calendar days from award.
