Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park (CEBE) Repave HQ Driveway This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to construction firms having the capability to perform the work in accordance with Attachment 1 Statement of Work and the supporting documents. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued. The work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, and administrative task for completing the scope of work. The NAICS for this requirement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $39.5 million. The size magnitude for this project is less than $25,000.00. This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition limited to small business firms. All responsible contractors may submit and offer for consideration in accordance with these terms and other terms and conditions in this solicitation. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsive contractor submitting the proposal that represents the best value to the government. The contract period of performance is expected to be 30 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. Insurance: A Certificate of Insurance will be required for this project. Please see the clause section for full requirement details. There will be an organized site visit on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 9:00 AM EST.
