PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Rehabilitate the sign adjacent to the Maryland District Visitor Center at Assateague Island National Seashore, Berlin, MD. The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to rehabilitate the sign. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive small business set-aside acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation. NAICS CODE: 339950 Sign Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 500 employees. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000.
