The work of this contract entails providing general exterior repairs such as roofing, painting, window removal, downspouts, gutters, carpentry and mortar repair to ensure a weather tight exterior for the building to aid in preventing deterioration of components and to secure the building. FAR Part 19, this is a total Small Business Set-aside. The Government will be utilizing FAR Part 13 procedure to award this contract. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded to the offeror that represents the "Best Value" to the Government. Please see section L and M for submission instructions.
