Valley Forge National Historical Park (VAFO) Install Grand Parade Trail Signage Request for Proposal to construction firms having the capability to perform the work in accordance with Attachment 1 - Statement of Work. This requirement is being solicited under FAR Parts 13 and 36. The work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, and administrative task for the construction and installation of each sign. The NAICS for the requirement is 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 million. The magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition limited to small business firms. All responsible contractors may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions in this solicitation. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsive contractor submitting the proposal that represents the best value to the government. The base contract period of performance is expected to be 90 calendar days from notice to proceed. If the option item is awarded an additional 30 calendar days will be added to the period of performance for a total of 120 calendar days from notice to proceed. A certificate of insurance and payment bond will be required for this effort. Please see the clause section for full requirement details.
