This contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process in accordance with FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. This is a Small Business set-aside acquisition; only small businesses will qualify for award. The NAICS code is 238160, Roofing Contractors with a small business size standard of $15M. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $700,000 and $1,000,000. Site Visit- a PowerPoint slide show presentation is attached to solicitation. Un-escorted site visit is recommended and welcomed prior to response submission. See FAR Clause 52.236-27 for additional information. Bid Guarantee, Payment and Performance Bonds are required as stated in Block 12. Department of Labor wage rates for Philadelphia County apply and are included as part of this solicitation package.
