George Washington Birthplace National Monument Provide Virginia State Licensed Operator for testing and submission of reports for the GEWA public water system. Contractor shall maintain a valid Waterworks Operator License during the entire contract period. Provide waste water sampling and reporting to include travel to sampling site, sampling wastewater, complete laboratory analysis, prepare and submit timely monthly regulatory reports per the state of Virginia and provide copies of said reports to Washington's Birthplace National Monument for follow-up and filing. See Statement of Work for detailed information. PLEASE NOTE: Vendors must submit a loaded hourly labor rate to include all travel, materials, supervision, labor, and general and administrative costs. The basis for award will be price, technical qualifications and past performance regarding similar contracts.(See SOW section 1.7) Vendor must provide documentation that they have Virginia licensed water operators and environmental technicians on staff. Failure to provide documentation may eliminate the vendor from consideration for award.
