Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Construction This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 Dated: August 7, 2025. This acquisition will be a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Associated NAICS code is 238220 with a small business size of $19.0 Million. The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(b) is between $25,000 and $100,000. See Section J for the List of Attachments. IAW FAR 28.102-1(b) and FAR 52.228-13, payment protections are required for construction contracts greater than $35,000 but not greater than $150,000, the successful offeror shall furnish one of the following payment protections within 10 calendar days after award: 1. Irrevocable letter of credit; 2. Payment Bond; or 3. Certificate of deposit The anticipated contract completion date is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). A Site Visit is scheduled for August 27, 2025, at 10:00AM ED. Interested contractors will meet at Wolf Trap National Park - Main Gate 1551 Trap Rd Vienna, VA 22182. Questions are due no later than September 2, 2025, at 2:00pm ED. All questions will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation.
