All small businesses, in all socio-economic categories (including 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Women Owned Small Business concerns), are encouraged to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. Some of the duties include: Seasonal grounds maintenance (turf mowing, line trimming, blade edging and roadway vegetation control at 77 reservations) to be performed at Rock Creek Park, Fort Totten, Palisades, Rock Creek and Potomac Parkway, Meridian Hill Park and Palisades Parkway (Canal Road) and surrounding areas in a manner that will maintain healthy grass and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
