This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the United States Park Police Horse Mounted Unit to provide Stall Maintenance Services. The NAICS code for this requirement is 115210 - Support Activities for Animal Production and the Size Standard is $11M. The PSC is R416. The U.S. Government desires to procure from vendors who are able to provide all labor and resources necessary to perform Stall Maintenance Services at one(1) stable located at Jacob Riis Park, Queens, New York. Any offerors that intend on submitting a quote, must be actively registered in System of Award Management, sam.gov. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socio-economic categories (including 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Women Owned Small Business concerns), are encouraged to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. Some of the duties include: Provide stall maintenance and cleaning services seven days per week, including Federal holidays, at one (1) USPP HMP stables. The USPP NYFO HMP Unit currently maintains a total of 5 horses at this stable. Stall maintenance and cleaning services includes, but is not limited to, feeding and watering horses, cleaning box stalls, aisles, paddocks, and turnout areas. This requirement is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price award and will include a Base +two option years and one 6-month extension. There will not be a site visit for this requirement.
