This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the United States Park Police to purchase Harley Davidson Electra Glide Police Motorcycles and law enforcement emergency equipment installation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 441227 : Motorcycle, ATV, and All Other Motor Vehicle Dealers and the Size Standard is $40M. The PSC is 2340. The U.S. Government desires to purchase from vendors who can provide the brand name Harley-Davidson Electric Glide Police motorcycles upfitted with law enforcement emergency equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work. This requirement is anticipated to be a total small business set-aside and will be a firm fixed price award. Any offerors that intend on submitting a quote, must be actively registered in System of Award Management, sam.gov. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socio-economic categories (including 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Women Owned Small Business concerns), are encouraged to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
