This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the United States Park Police Horse Mounted Unit New York Field Office to provide Stall Maintenance Services. The NAICS code for this requirement is 115210 - Support Activities for Animal Production and the Size Standard is $11M. The U.S. Government desires to gather general information from vendors who are capable of providing all labor and resources necessary to perform Stall Maintenance Services at one (1) stable in Queens, New York. The Government is interested in receiving information from all business sizes, large and small, in response to this Request for Information (RFI). Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socio-economic categories (including 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Women Owned Small Business concerns), are encouraged to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. Some of the duties include: Provide stall maintenance and cleaning services seven days per week, including Federal holidays, at one (1) USPP HMP stable with a series of five (5) stalls. The USPP HMP Unit is operating with three (3) horses but anticipates acquiring two (2) additional horses by the starting date of the period of performance of this contract. Stall maintenance and cleaning services includes, but is not limited to, feeding and watering horses, cleaning box stalls, aisles, paddocks, and turnout areas. This requirement is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price award and will include a Base + four option years and ten option tasks.
