The National Park Service intends to issue a solicitation for multiple award IDIQs for services relating to Archaeology, History, and National Register and National Historic Landmark Studies for the National Capital Area History and Culture Programs Group. A Statement of Work and related documents will be provided in the final solicitation package. The Solicitation No. is 140P3021R0002. Up to four (4) IDIQs will be awarded, each to include a base, four option years, plus a six-month extension. The solicitation is being conducted IAW FAR 52.212 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. Awards will be based on best value/tradeoff. Competition will be partial small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541720 with a size standard of $16.5 million. The official Request for Proposal and its attachments will be issued and available on or around April 1, 2021 and will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
