This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. The purpose of this requirement is to provide the National Park Service (NPS) with planning, design, production, and audio description of wayside exhibits for Anacostia Park and Shepherd Parkway, located in Washington, D.C. This shall be a firm-fixed price award. Basis of award is Low Price as commensurate to the solicitation. No Site visit is schedule for this requirement.
