This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. ii) The solicitation number is 140P3020R0013. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Award will be made for one firm fixed price contract. Award is subject to availability of funds. iii) The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-05 (effective 02-27-2020). iv) This is a 100% total set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 562111 with an associated small business size standard of $38.5 million. v) Base Year for 12 months of trash sanitation services plus four one-year options. See Price Bid Sheet attachment. vi) The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and all other items necessary to perform refuse collection and emptying of trash cans from the areas in accordance with the Drawings and Statement of Work within Rock Creek Park, Washington, DC.
