PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY This notice does not constitute a solicitation; accordingly, no response is due at this time. Specific instructions on submitting proposals will be contained in the solicitation documents. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or around 7/10/20. The entire solicitation package, including all attachments, will be available electronically at: www.beta.sam.gov Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. Contractor to provide services for an exhibit design, fabrication, and installation of new exhibits within 420 square feet of exhibit space at the National Mall & Memorial Park's (NAMA) Lockkeeper's House (LOHO) located in Washington, D.C. to include all labor, materials, facilities, and travel necessary to complete all elements of exhibit. The contractor shall design an experience that encourages a visit of no longer than ten to fifteen minutes. The services shall provide for: * Interpretive exhibits * Audiovisual exhibit equipment and programs * Exhibit lighting * Recommendations for any alterations that are needed to the facility to accommodate the new exhibition design including electrical loads Project Magnitude: between $975,000 to $1,100,000 The acquisition shall be 100% Small Business Set-aside. This requirement will be open to the following NAICS Codes: 541410 - Interior Design Services 541490 - Other Specialized Design Services Offerors shall be required to have a DUNS number and an active registration in SAM, System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. Offerors will be required to complete Online Representations and Certifications at the SAM website. An interested party must have one of the identified NAICS on their SAM.gov Representations and Certifications to be considered as a potential offeror. Basis of an Award: In accordance with source selection procedures outlined in FAR Part 15 the solicitation will be evaluated as best value Trade-Off. Firm-Fixed Price The Government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
