This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is 140P301PR0024 2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 dated 13-Aug-2019. 3. This acquisition is 100% Set Aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 115210 . The small business size standard is $7.5 Million. 4. The National Park Service (NPS) proposes to procure services to provide farrier services to all horses maintained by the USPP Horse Mounted Patrol Unit. 5. Prior to submitting an offer, Offerors must be actively registered in System for Award Management. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov. By submitting an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. 6. DOL Wage Determination 15-4281 (Rev.-14), Dated July 16, 2019 applies. 7. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to Rebecca_via@nps.gov no later than Monday Sep 9, 2019, 12pm EST.
