The Antietam National Battlefield has a requirement to conserve four (4) Captain James Hope Paintings. Solicitation number 140P3019R0019 is attached along with the Statement of Work and photos of each painting. One (1) fimrs-fixed-price contract will be awarded on a best value basis. This is a small-business, set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 711510 with a size stand of $7.5m. The solicitation package is available on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at https://www.fbo.gov and FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
