The Office of the NPS Liaison to the White House has a requirement for a National Christmas Tree replacement consisting of a Colorado Blue Spruce or a White Fir. This solicitation is full and open. The NAICS Code is 561730 with a size standard of $7.50M. One (1) firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded on a low-price, technically-acceptable basis. Technical criteria is included in FAR 52.212-2 - Evaluation of Commercial Items. The official Request for Quote (No. 140P3019Q0016) is attached, along with the Statement of Work/Specifications. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
