This is a Request for Information only, not a solicitation, seeking input from commercial systems integrators and security contractors for a turnkey Physical Access Control System (PACS) upgrade. The anticipated contract is structured in two phases: Phase 1 for assessment and design, and Phase 2 for procurement, installation, and testing, with performance expected during fiscal year 2027. Work will occur at federal facilities in Washington, DC; Staten Island, NY; and San Francisco, CA. The government requests company capabilities, relevant experience and certifications, GSA contract availability, and other details to inform future acquisition planning.
