This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Stall Maintenance for the DC Horse Mounted Unit for the United States Park Police. The NAICS code for this requirement is 115210 with a size standard of $11M. The U.S. Government desires to procure vendors who are able to provide all labor and resources necessary to perform the tasks as outlined in the PWS, on a small business set-aside basis. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socio-economic categories (including 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Women Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. Some of the duties include: cleaning stables. This requirement is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price award and will include one base year and four option years.
