This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 140P2125Q0160, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract. The associated NAICS code is 333120 (Construction Machinery Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 1,200 employees. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, effective May 12, 2025. Delivery Date: No later than February 28, 2026.
