This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to Remove or Prune Hazardous and Diseased Trees at Manassas National Battlefield. The NAICS code(s) for this requirement is 561730 - Landscaping Services with a size standard of $9.5M. The U.S. Government desires to procure vendors who are able to provide all labor and resources necessary to perform the tasks as outlined in the SOW for Manassas National Battlefield, on a small business set-aside basis. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socio-economic categories (including 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Women Owned Small Business concerns), are encouraged to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
