As authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b), a single source award has been solicited and awarded to WILD Foundation for facilitation of the activities of the North American Intergovernmental Committee for Wilderness and Protected Area Conservation (NAWPA) Group. The justification and approval is attached to this notice.
