ROEDER HOUSE HISTORIC FINISHES This project requires performance of architectural conservation treatments for stucco, plaster, paint, wallpaper, graffiti, slating, metal objects and wood floor finish stabilization of selective interior and exterior surfaces found in the National Park Service¿s historic Roeder House located in Harpers Ferry, WV. All work shall be in compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966.
