The National Park Service, WASO Denver, 4801A Urbana Pike, Frederick, MD, 21704, is soliciting proposals for all labor, items, articles, materials, delivery, equipment, tools, and operations to design, erect, assemble and install OSHA compliant scaffolding at the Sherman Monument, Washington, D.C., in accordance with the specifications and drawings identified in the Solicitation. The estimated construction range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A tentative date for the Preproposal Conference and Site Visit is scheduled for May 9th at 11:00 am, EST; however the issued Solicitation shall be checked to verify the final date. The meeting will be held at the Sherman Monument, Washington, D.C. Offerors shall verify date and time in the final solicitation package. All work shall be done under a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The Government anticipates award of the Contract on or before June 30, 2022. Proposals will be evaluated by the Technical Evaluation Panel using the Evaluation Criteria and assigned weights identified in Sections L and M of the Solicitation. The Solicitation will be issued electronically on the System for Award Management website https://beta.sam.gov/. NO HARD COPIES OF THE PACKAGE WILL BE ISSUED. The Solicitation with specifications and drawings shall be posted on or about April 27, 2022. An electronic copy of the Technical and Business proposal shall be submitted to the e-mail address identified in the Solicitation package, on or before 12:00 p.m. local prevailing time on May 27, 2022.
