National Park Service (NPS), Harpers Ferry Center (HFC) anticipates issuing a solicitation to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment (except as otherwise specified in the solicitation), and services necessary to provide complete preparation, repair, and installation of two (2) government-furnished charging stations, each with two (2) charging cables, including underground conduit and cable to supply power to an automatic gate arm and keypad, upgrade of electric panel box to supply power to the charging stations and automatic gate and keypad, and provide a total of four (4) bollards with two (2) bollards in front of each charging station to protect the charging stations from vehicles. This is a pre-solicitation notice only and does not constitute a solicitation; accordingly, no response is due at this time. Specific instructions on submitting a quote will be contained in the solicitation documents. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or around April 11, 2022, which is subject to change. The entire solicitation package including attachments, will be available electronically at https://sam.gov. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available.
