Solicitation Number: 140P2119Q0013 Notice Type: SOLICITATION THIS IS A SOLICITATION. The work consists of providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the project entitled Elastomeric Roofing Work, Lee Nelson Hall, at the National Center for Preservation Technology and Training (NCPTT), in Natchtoches, Louisiana. This project is to prepare, and install an elastomeric coating for this existing roof on the Lee Nelson Hall of the NCPTT. This resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The period of performance for this effort is estimated to be 90 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This is a total small business set-aside. The contract will be awarded on a best value basis utilizing price and non-price factors. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. In order to be awarded a contract an offeror must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
