The work consists of providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the project entitled "Exterior Painting Work Lee Nelson Hall NCPTT" in Natchtoches, Louisiana. This project is to prepare, and perform exterior painting on the Lee Nelson Hall of the NCPTT. This resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The period of performance for this effort is 90 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This is a total small business set-aside. The contract will be awarded on a best value basis utilizing price and non-price factors. In order to be awarded a contract an offeror must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
