This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research only; proposals are not being requested or accepted at this time. The project is a Pavement Preservation construction project located at Harpers Ferry National Historical Park in West Virginia, with an estimated construction magnitude of $1M to $5M. The anticipated period of performance is 140 calendar days, with work scheduled to minimize visitor impact. The National Park Service anticipates issuing a formal request for proposals in late Summer and/or Fall of 2026. The Government is conducting market research to determine if the requirement can be set aside for small businesses.
