EVER 290451 Rehabilitate Parkwide Water and Wastewater Systems This project will replace the potable water distribution and wastewater collection systems in the Flamingo District; the Pine Island District; the Shark Valley District; the Loop Road District including the Tamiami Ranger Station and the Trail Center housing area. The Government will follow the two-phase design-build selection process described in FAR 36.301 in order to select a design-build contractor. The submission requirements for the different phases are detailed in Section L of the RFP. A maximum of three (3) offerors shall be selected to move forward to Phase 2. It is anticipated that a negotiated firm-fixed price contract will be awarded requiring submission of both a technical and price proposal.
