SHEN 312442 Rehabilitate Skyline Drive Pavement Management. This design-build project will include design services to complete the design, and construction services to rehabilitate approximately 54 miles of Skyline Drive and 19 overlooks associated with Skyline Drive. Work will include progressing plans from 30% (to be provided) through final 100% plans for construction, then constructing thesurface treatments of crack sealing, chip sealing, or thin overlay of hot mix asphalt, and 2-inch mill and overlay treatment on 19 miles of Skyline Drive. Partial and full depth patches of existing pavement will address distressed pavement areas prior to surface treatments. All pavement will receive new pavement markings and road shoulder stabilization.
