LAKE 158678 Construct Structural Flood Mitigation for Visitor and Employee Safety at Cottonwood Cove. (Sources Sought was posted under solicitations #: 140P2019R0104) The Cottonwood Cove area is subject to flash flood events. This project consists of the construction of a berm and channel diversion system within Ranger Wash, upstream of the Cottonwood Cove developed area. The diversion system will divert a portion of flood waters away from the existing drainages that flow directly into the developed areas to an area north of Cottonwood Cove where flood waters can discharge into Lake Mohave without affecting visitors, employees, and property.
